Shree Nivethitha R
Shree Nivethitha R holds a Master’s degree in Ancient History and Archaeology from the University of Mysore and a Bachelor’s degree in History from Pondicherry University. She has actively conducted educational workshops for children focused on history, archaeology, and heritage. Her research paper explored the maritime history of the Coromandel Coast, and she conducted a field study at Kasimedu Harbour in Chennai, documenting the fishermen and shipbuilding activities at the harbour. She was part of the curatorial team for exhibitions Pulse of Performance at Kadambari Art Gallery, Hands Behind the Handlooms and Echoes of the Coromandel at Varija Art Gallery in the Dakshina Chitra Heritage Museum. Deeply passionate about arts, culture, and heritage, her hobbies include writing, cooking, watching movies, listening to music, and traveling.
